Counseling Services

Above all, Natalie offers counseling to those who want to feel heard, cared for, and supported, wherever they stand in their personal journey or situation. She provides a safe, warm, quiet environment free of judgement for healing.

She has specialties and focuses, though she welcomes anyone seeking counsel. If you are tired, anxious, have feelings of insecurity, or just looking for someone to talk to or hold you accountable, Natalie welcomes you to reach out. She recognizes that taking that first step towards change can be stressful and intimidating, and she acknowledges the courage it takes. Once sessions begin, she allows you to set the pace and choose your goals, so there is never any pressure on you to meet any timeline or go too fast. Natalie sets only one rule or request: She gets to care about you more than you care about yourself during sessions when you find it hard, and that — when you let her — she can push you forward.

While Natalie welcomes anyone looking for a safe, non-judgemental space, she has some specializations that she works with frequently. These include anxiety, grief, individual counseling for relationship recovery, sex addiction, depression, men’s issues, and LGBTQ+ counseling. She has expertise in addiction, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), veterans counseling, and more. She always works to meet her clients wherever they are and keep a person-centered approach.
